Accommodation

We have a Dexcom room block for all attendees at the Meliá Castilla Hotel from Monday, 25 January until Friday, 29 January only (4 nights). Please register on this website to confirm your room and dates. Reservations can be made via this website only and details will be verified before confirming.

We will have a dedicated Dexcom welcome desk where you can store your luggage on Monday if you arrive early, and on Friday morning before departing to the airport.

Airport Shuttle

Transfers to and from the airport will be provided by Dexcom. More information on timings will be communicated at a later stage.

Meals

Breakfast is available in the Cervantes restaurant from 07:00.

Lunch and dinner will be provided during the event from Tuesday–Thursday, 26–28 January. Departures are planned on Friday, 29 January, therefore there will be no lunch provided on this day.
