All attendees need to arrive on Monday, 25 January and depart on Friday, 29 January. You can choose to travel at a time that suits you. Any flights outside of these dates will be at the participant's own expense and will require approval from your cluster leader if you are arriving later / departing early. Please book your flights using Egencia or Gray Dawes (Italy and MENA ONLY) so that we can track your flight details.

Our attendee list for the Synergy meeting has been reviewed and approved by ELT and is limited to approved staff. All attendees must be approved and registered in order to attend any part of the event. If you believe a colleague is missing from the list, please email sacha.crouch@dexcom.com.

The approved meeting attendees include all field sales team members from across EMEA. Select invites have been made to speakers and individuals on the sales training, market access, medical affairs and marketing teams, according to each country's requirements for their breakout sessions.

Due to the number of attendees travelling to the meeting, we have gained approval to have large groups of staff travelling together on the same flights. Seats will be booked on a first-come/first-served basis. Once a flight hits the capacity, it will no longer be available on the Egencia portal.

Business-casual dress is expected for the event, with black tie attire for the Gala Dinner on Thursday evening. A detailed agenda along with dress code recommendations will be provided closer to the event.

Yes! Details on how to download and use the app will be provided closer to the meeting.

Yes, we will record all plenary session presentations for internal use only. We will also be live streaming the plenary to share with select individuals in our wider business. Cluster and country breakout sessions will not be filmed.

In late January, Madrid is generally cool, with average temperatures ranging from around 6°C in the morning to 10°C during the day. While sunny spells are common, it can still feel cold throughout the day, especially in the shade or when it's windy. Evenings tend to be colder, and occasional rain or cloudy skies may occur. We recommend packing warm layers—including a coat and scarf—and a light waterproof jacket to stay comfortable during any outdoor evening activities.

Yes, there will be shuttles provided on arrival and departure days. More information on timings will be provided closer to the event.

All accommodation, meals and transportation while in Madrid will be provided and covered by Dexcom. Attendees will need to submit an expense report for reimbursement for transport to/from your departure/arrival airport.
